Let’s strengthen your clinical confidence

You don't have to navigate eating disorder treatment alone.

Whether you are developing your foundation as a therapist, in eating disorder care, or looking for another experienced clinician to help you think through a complex case, consultation and supervision can provide the support, perspective, and clinical reasoning you need.

Supervision and Professional Consultation

Specialized support for clinicians treating eating disorders

Treating eating disorders requires specialized knowledge, clinical confidence, and a willingness to navigate complexity. Whether you are a new therapist, newer to eating disorder treatment, working toward greater competency, or an experienced clinician looking for a space to consult on challenging cases, specialized supervision and consultation can help you feel more confident in your work.

I provide individualized supervision and professional consultation for therapists and other helping professionals who want to strengthen their ability to understand, assess, and treat eating disorders through a compassionate, evidence-informed, and weight-inclusive lens.

What We Offer

My approach to supervision and consultation is:

Evidence-informed. Grounded in current eating disorder treatment approaches and clinical best practices.

Compassionate. Recognizing that eating disorders are complex illnesses—not simply problems of motivation, choice, or willpower.

Weight-inclusive. Moving away from weight-based assumptions and toward understanding the individual in front of us.

Collaborative. Creating space to think together rather than simply providing prescriptive answers.

Practical. Translating clinical knowledge into concrete strategies you can use with your clients and treatment teams.

A collaborative approach to eating disorder care.

Eating disorders are complex illnesses that require specialized knowledge and training to treat effectively. I believe clinicians have a responsibility to develop specific competency in eating disorder treatment rather than relying solely on general clinical skills. My goal is to help clinicians develop the specialized knowledge, clinical skills, and confidence necessary to provide thoughtful, effective, and compassionate care.

Supervision and consultation may be a good fit for:

  • Therapists beginning to specialize in eating disorder treatment

  • Clinicians who see occasional eating disorder clients in general practice

  • Therapists seeking to expand their eating disorder competency

  • Clinicians working with adolescents and families

  • Therapists using or learning Family-Based Treatment

  • Experienced eating disorder clinicians seeking consultation on complex cases

  • Clinicians navigating transitions to or from higher levels of care

  • Other professionals who regularly collaborate in the treatment of eating disorders
